Our private dining room seats up to 40 people. The room can be configured in many different ways
including 2 or 3 long tables, groupings of 4 or 6, a T shape, horseshoe, etc.
Parking is available in the back of Jefferson Tower. Additional metered and street parking is also

The Island Spot will provide white plates, silverware, napkins, table cloths for the buffet (upon request),
chaffing pans, serving bowls or platters, and serving utensils.
All food and beverages must be purchased and/or prepared through The Island Spot.
There is an exception for birthday/wedding cake.
For parties of 20 or more, an order must be placed from the catering menu at a per person cost.
All changes to menu choices must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to your event.
MINIMUM GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF EVENT.
IF ATTENDANCE FALLS BELOW THE GUARANTEED NUMBER, THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE
GUARANTEED NUMBER. IF THE ATTENDANCE IS HIGHER THAN THE GUARANTEED NUMBER, THE ISLAND
SPOT WILL CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST AT THE PER PERSON COST. THE CHARGE WILL BE
MADE TO THE AUTHORIZED CARD ON FILE.
Enhancements such as flowers, linen tablecloth/linen napkins are permitted. All decorations must
conform to all safety and fire codes. We can also refer you to approved party planning specialists that
can decorate the room for you at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for cleaning up all
decorations. Failure to remove decorations by the End Time will result in a $50 cleaning charge.
Payment of the room rental fee is required to reserve the room.
Monday – Thursday $50 for 2 hours
Friday- Saturday $100 for 2 hours
Client and guests must vacate the premises by the End Time. Failure to timely vacate may result in a
$100 fee charged to the card on file.
On the Event Date, if attendance exceeds 40 persons, The Island Spot reserves the right to cancel the
event and retain the room rental fee and Final Payment.
Service Charge and Gratuity
For parties of 6 or more, 20% gratuity will be added to your total for the staff attending your event.
Absolutely no alcohol can be brought onto the premises. The Island Spot offers a bar package for your

2 Hour package--$12 per person
3 Hour package--$16 per person
